This overview is a reading aid. The full document below controls.
SECTION 01
Agreement and operator
These Terms govern the TVA Systems Discord application, website, desktop app, administrative interfaces, and related features (the “Service”). “We,” “us,” and “Operator” mean the independently operated TVA Systems service, administered by its owner on Discord. “You” means the person using the Service or an organization that person is authorized to represent.
By selecting the agreement checkbox during registration or sign-in, or selecting Agree & continue after a revision, you affirmatively accept the identified version of these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. We record the version and acceptance date. You are given access to the Terms before agreeing; opening or scrolling through them is not a technical prerequisite. If you do not agree, stop using the Service. These Terms do not replace Discord’s terms or mandatory legal protections.
SECTION 02
Eligibility and authorization
You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required by Discord or the law where you live. Obtain a parent or guardian’s agreement where required. You must have authority to authorize the application, manage a server, or act for an organization.
The website and desktop application require account registration, verified sign-in, and affirmative agreement to these Terms. No anonymous access to account workspaces is provided. An account without an enabled staff or developer record receives Public access to Overview and AI Workspace; personal account and legal settings remain available. Additional privileges depend on current appointments, permissions, and configuration. A username alone does not establish identity.
SECTION 03
Installation and access approval
TVA Systems is a public, verified Discord application, but installation and access to its management features are separate decisions. Where installation approval is enabled, a person authorized to manage the destination server can request approval. The Operator may approve or decline that request. Approval does not grant ownership, developer clearance, or unrestricted app access.
Staff ranks, developer clearances, selected-server permissions, and feature configuration determine which controls are available. Permission previews do not grant additional access. Do not evade an installation decision, account restriction, or network restriction through another account.
SECTION 04
What the service provides
Available features include moderation tools, staff and department ranks, role connections, audit logs, leave and role requests, files and access controls, invite attribution, announcements, AI conversations, and server administration. Features depend on the server’s configuration, Discord permissions, and service availability.
AI replies may be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate. They are not professional advice or authoritative moderation decisions. An editable AI personality or rules file can affect generated wording; it does not authorize actions or replace server-enforced permission checks. Disabling the System Prompt layer removes its added instructions and context. It does not erase stored data or remove ordinary command permissions. Invite attribution can be uncertain, particularly when links expire or several people join together. Check underlying records before using it to award a prize or impose a penalty.
SECTION 05
Permitted use and restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to use the Service for its intended functions while you comply with these Terms. No ownership of the Service is transferred.
You must not:
- Access accounts, files, systems, or administrative functions without authorization.
- Bypass authentication, access controls, Discord restrictions, or rate limits.
- Exploit vulnerabilities, overload the Service, or deliberately damage data or availability.
- Use the Service for unlawful surveillance, harassment, fraud, spam, illegal content, or other conduct prohibited by Discord.
- Impersonate the Operator or falsely claim official affiliation.
- Copy, distribute, sell, or misrepresent protected materials except as permitted by their license or applicable law.
Good-faith security reports are welcome through the contact below. Do not obtain other users’ data or disrupt the Service while investigating an issue.
SECTION 06
Server administration and automated actions
Server owners and authorized staff are responsible for the settings and actions they initiate, including role changes, moderation, announcements, file access, and automated rules. Check the selected server, member, role, and channel before confirming a change.
Administrators must inform their communities about enabled logging, AI context, and other relevant data processing. Review significant automated decisions and provide an appropriate way to raise a moderation concern. The bot owner may have elevated application access, but Discord still limits the roles and channels the bot can manage. Profile changes can update connected Discord roles when that option is chosen. Review bulk operations, permission changes, restore previews, and deletion confirmations carefully. Shared interface and response edits may affect other users.
We do not determine the merits of every server dispute. Responsibility for independently authorized actions remains with the people directing them, subject to any obligations the law places on us.
SECTION 07
Account security
Keep your device and optional TVA Systems password secure. Use a password different from your Discord password. Changing an existing TVA password requires the current password and revokes other app sessions. Account controls can also sign out other sessions. TVA Systems does not need your Discord password. Do not share sign-in codes, sessions, or privileged credentials.
Sign out on shared devices and report suspected compromise promptly. We may restrict access, invalidate sessions, or require verification to protect the Service. Permissions may change when a staff role or developer clearance is removed.
SECTION 08
Account and network restrictions
The Operator can review registered accounts, active-session counts and recent activity; change authorized staff, clearance, and department records; revoke sessions; and ban or unban app access. Where supported and configured, a network restriction can also block sign-ins associated with a known public IP address.
A shared household, school, workplace, carrier, or VPN connection can cause a network restriction to affect more than one person. IP addresses can change, so these controls cannot reliably identify every person or prevent every alternate account. Contact the Operator to request a review, including if a restriction appears to affect you in error. App restrictions and Discord server moderation are separate.
SECTION 09
Your content and privacy
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant us the limited permission needed to receive, store, process, display, transmit, and back up that content to provide the requested features and operate the Service. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to submit it.
Our Privacy Policy describes the information processed, who may access it, retention, and how to request correction or deletion. File locks control ordinary application access; they are not a promise of end-to-end encryption or secrecy from the Operator. Deleted files may remain recoverable until permanently removed.
SECTION 10
Discord and other services
Use of Discord remains subject to Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Our operation of the application is also subject to Discord’s developer requirements. These Terms do not authorize conduct prohibited by those requirements.
The Service depends on Discord, hosting, storage, and other infrastructure. Those providers operate under their own terms. Installing the website as a mobile web app or downloading the Windows app does not make bot commands, AI inference, or server administration work offline. Use official download links and keep the application current. We cannot guarantee their availability or control their independent actions.
SECTION 11
Intellectual property and independent status
Original TVA Systems code, interface work, documentation, and other protected materials belong to their respective lawful owners. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
TVA Systems is an independent fan-themed application. It is not endorsed, sponsored, or operated by Discord Inc., Marvel, Disney, or their affiliates. Third-party names, characters, artwork, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Our copyright notice does not claim ownership of those materials.
SECTION 12
Availability, changes, and suspension
We may maintain, update, modify, limit, or discontinue features. Outages, errors, data loss, or unexpected behavior can occur. Keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose; recovery tools are not an unconditional backup guarantee.
We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, violations of these Terms or Discord’s rules, legal obligations, or security threats. Urgent protective action may occur without advance notice. Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide information about a restriction and a way to contact us.
You may stop using the Service, sign out of the app, or remove the bot through authorized server controls. Removal does not itself erase stored records or backups. Use the privacy contact for a data request.
SECTION 13
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted service, complete accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or correction of every defect. Any exclusion of implied or statutory warranties applies only where lawful.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the Service. This includes legally excludable losses caused by independent third parties or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, negligence where liability cannot be excluded, or any liability, remedy, warranty, or consumer right that applicable law protects. These Terms do not excuse the Operator’s own unlawful conduct.
SECTION 14
Material breach; enforcement and reservation of remedies
Material violations. A material breach includes deliberate unauthorized access to accounts or restricted systems; credential theft or fraudulent impersonation; intentional destruction, alteration, or unlawful disclosure of data; denial-of-service attacks or other intentional disruption; and infringement of intellectual-property rights that the Operator owns or is legally entitled to enforce. A routine mistake, disagreement, lawful criticism, or good-faith report of a defect does not by itself constitute such a breach.
Available remedies. Where a material violation gives rise to a legally cognizable claim, the Operator reserves the right to commence civil proceedings, including a lawsuit in a court of competent jurisdiction, and to seek damages, injunctive relief, or other remedies available under applicable law. Recoverable amounts, proof requirements, time limits, and any award of costs or reasonable legal fees are determined by applicable law and the relevant court; no automatic fine, predetermined damages, or unconditional entitlement to legal fees is created by these Terms.
Protective measures. Subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy, the Operator may suspend or terminate access, preserve relevant evidence, and report reasonably suspected unlawful conduct to the competent authorities. Account restrictions are distinct from legal proceedings and do not establish civil or criminal liability. The Operator does not control prosecutorial decisions.
Limitations and retained rights. Remedies are reserved only to the extent the Operator has standing and a lawful basis to pursue them. These Terms do not transfer Disney, Marvel, Discord, or any other third party’s rights to the Operator; convert every contractual violation into a crime; prohibit legally protected activity; or waive mandatory consumer rights, lawful defenses, or access to an appropriate court or regulator.
SECTION 15
Organizational misuse and claims
Where legally permissible, an organization using the Service agrees to cover third-party claims and reasonable expenses directly caused by its unlawful use, material breach of these Terms, or unauthorized actions. This does not apply to ordinary consumers where prohibited, or to losses caused by the Operator’s own unlawful conduct or liabilities that cannot lawfully be transferred.
SECTION 16
Disputes and general provisions
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. Applicable law governs these Terms, and any dispute may be brought before a court or tribunal with lawful jurisdiction. No exclusive venue, mandatory arbitration, or waiver of mandatory consumer rights is imposed by this document.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only as necessary; the remainder continues to apply. Not enforcing a provision on one occasion does not waive it. These Terms and any valid, expressly agreed supplemental terms govern use of the Service. The Privacy Policy explains our data practices and does not waive your privacy rights.
Provisions that reasonably need to continue after use ends, including ownership, accrued obligations, and lawful liability limits, survive to that extent.
SECTION 17
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect service, legal, or security changes. We will update the revision date and version on this page and communicate material changes through an appropriate official service channel where required. Changes apply from their stated effective date. Continued use indicates acceptance only where legally valid; we will obtain affirmative agreement when required.
SECTION 18
Contact and official communications
Contact the TVA Systems owner on Discord. Identify your request as a support, privacy, or security matter. Include your Discord user ID or username and the affected server, where relevant. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, bot tokens, or API keys.
For data access, correction, or deletion requests, see Your choices and privacy requests. Verify communications against the owner profile linked here. We will not ask for your Discord password.
